Born in South Korea, Kim Randosh moved to the states where she opened Gubbios Italian Restaurant. After 13 years of success as a restaurant owner, she sold the business in 2019. She then chose to join our team as the head chef in 2021 because it’s the perfect fit for her cooking style.

She encurages her previous customers to come visit Escape Restaurant & Bar to enjoy a delicious meal and taste the world from her kitchen.

Craig Rogers was born in Greenville, Mississippi and graduated from Mississippi Valley State University in motivational speaking and graphic design. Craig spent his childhood watching & helping his grandmother cook and that’s when his passion for cooking started.

Since, Craig has spent 11 years in the kitchen putting smiles on customer’s faces.
